The fine print, in plain words.

1. Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using Feedoo Baby (the “service”), you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Not medical advice

Feedoo Baby is a tool for recording feeds, diapers and related information. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Age-based ranges, estimates, reminders and any information on our website are general and may not fit your baby. Always follow the advice of your pediatrician or other qualified health professional, and never delay seeking care because of something you saw in the app. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

Reminders depend on your device, browser, connection and settings, and may be delayed or not delivered. Don't rely on Feedoo Baby as your only way to remember a feed or medication that must not be missed.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us right away at hello@feedoobaby.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.

4. Sharing with caregivers

Owners can invite other people to a baby with an invite link. Anyone who joins can see that baby's log, and caregivers can add entries. Only invite people you trust, and remove access when it's no longer needed. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to share the information you add.

5. Free trial

New babies start with a 14-day free trial with full access. No payment details are needed to start. When the trial ends, you'll need an active subscription to keep logging. If you don't subscribe, you won't be charged.

6. Subscription and billing

• The subscription is $24/mo (USD) per baby, billed monthly, plus any applicable taxes. Each baby needs its own subscription; there is no charge for additional caregivers.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method each month until you cancel.
• Your subscription renews automatically every month unless you cancel.
• If we change the price, we'll tell you by email in advance, and the new price will apply from your next billing period after the notice. You can cancel before then.

7. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments aren't refundable, but if something went wrong, email hello@feedoobaby.com and we'll do our best to make it right.

8. Your content

You own the information you add to Feedoo Baby. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to provide the service to you and the people you invite. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time, as described in the privacy policy.

9. Acceptable use

Please don't:

• use the service for anything illegal or to harm anyone;
• try to access accounts or data that aren't yours;
• interfere with, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or scrape it with automated tools;
• resell the service or use it to build a competing product.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.

10. Changes to the service

We're always improving Feedoo Baby, so features may change. If we ever discontinue the service, we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to request a copy of your data.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Feedoo Baby won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

13. Changes to these terms

If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top and let you know by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

Governing law and how disputes are resolved will be confirmed during legal review and added here.
