Why does tracking feel so high-stakes after the NICU?
In the NICU, the monitors and nurses kept count. At home, it's you, a discharge sheet and a lot of follow-up visits.
A plan to follow exactly
Feeds every three hours, a set volume, sometimes waking a sleeping baby. Missing one feels big.
So many appointments
Pediatrician, specialists, hearing and eye checks. Keeping them straight is a part-time job.
Questions at every visit
How much is she taking? How many wet diapers? You want to answer with numbers, not a guess.
How does Feedoo Baby help after the NICU?
It helps you keep to the plan your care team gave you. It doesn't replace that plan.
Your interval, your reminders
Set the feed interval to match your plan. Get a reminder before a feed, when it's due, and if it's late or missed.

What does following a NICU feeding plan look like in Feedoo Baby?
Day 1 home
Set the feed interval to 3 hours, as the discharge plan says.
3:00 AM
A reminder 15 minutes before the feed. Then one more if it's late.
Daily
Log each bottle and diaper. Notes hold anything your team asked you to watch.
Follow-up
Your pediatrician asks about intake. You open Stats and read the numbers.
Times are an example. Every baby keeps their own hours.
A note on targets for preemies
The age-based intake ranges in Feedoo Baby are typical for full-term babies. If your baby was born early or has a specific plan, follow the amounts and schedule your NICU team or pediatrician gave you, and treat the app's ranges as background only.

Can I share the log with my pediatrician?
There's no export or doctor sharing today. Most parents open the timeline or Stats on their phone during the visit. Your care team can't log in to your account.
Can Feedoo Baby wake me for night feeds?
It can send push notifications before a feed, when it's due and when it's late. Set quiet hours carefully (or turn them off) if your plan includes night feeds you must not miss, and keep a backup alarm if that helps you feel safe.
Is Feedoo Baby a medical device?
No. It's a tracking tool for parents. It doesn't give medical advice or monitor your baby. Call your pediatrician or NICU follow-up team with any concern.
